Parent Volunteering
The swim team is fully volunteer run. Throughout the season, parents are expected to volunteer at every meet their child(ren) swims as well as a non-meet job. As a parent, if you are unable to attend but your children are swimming, then a replacement should be found.
Champs Volunteers
Running Champs still requires parent participation and general volunteer information will be sent closer to the event. Champs jobs will be filled separately from regular dual meet and non-meet jobs. There are a few KEY CHAMPS jobs that require sign-up earlier in the season and various key jobs rotate with all of the JSSL clubs. A separate communication may be sent out by the Champs coordinator or the swim team director.
